A general knowledge of coffee, from production to supply combined with a practical hands on introduction to barista skills is the focus of this 2 hour course.
You will acquire a general understanding of growing, processing and the history of coffee in this session. You will gain knowledge to the fundamental background to coffee, the bean itself.
The final component of this course is participation based, where you will gain hands on training and practice in making coffee.
