Level two will provide you with a brief summary of the basics learnt in Level 1. The main component of this 2 hour course will focus on developing your personal coffee craftsmanship.
Under the supervision of skilled trainers, you will gain a detailed knowledge of the grinding process and ongoing management / maintenance of the grinder. Our team will guide you through the processes of dosing, tamping and extraction.
There will be a thorough and active tutorial to explain the qualities of various milks and their reaction to both coffee and steam. Finally you will be given training and time to learn and create of a variety of coffees expected in a barista’s repertoire.
